Do I need experience?
Nope! This program is designed for beginners and those getting back into fitness. Every session is guided by a coach who will tailor the workout to your level – no pressure, no judgment.
That’s totally fine. Just let us know before your first session and we’ll modify exercises as needed to keep you moving safely while still getting results.
A little! Especially in the first week or two as your body adjusts. But it’s a good kind of sore – and we ease you in, so you won’t be crawling up the stairs (we’ve all been there!).
You’ll have the option to continue your progress with one of our flexible monthly membership options. Many members stay on long-term once they see how good they feel!
